The Designer Liner is a product of Luxe Workwear.

The Designer Liner is a removable comfort and hair-protection accessory designed for use with compatible hard hat suspension systems. It is intended to improve comfort and assist in reducing friction between the wearer's hair and the hard hat harness.

The Designer Liner is not personal protective equipment (PPE), is not a safety device, and does not provide impact, penetration, electrical, or other protective performance.

The Designer Liner is not intended to replace, modify, repair, enhance, or alter any hard hat, safety helmet, suspension system, retention system, sweatband, or manufacturer-supplied component.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the installation and use of The Designer Liner complies with:

• Workplace safety requirements

• Site-specific policies and procedures

• Hard hat manufacturer instructions

• Applicable safety standards and regulations

The Designer Liner must be installed correctly and must not interfere with the fit, adjustment, stability, suspension system, visibility, retention system, or intended performance of the hard hat.

Luxe Workwear does not warrant or represent that the use of The Designer Liner will maintain, improve, or preserve any certification, approval, compliance status, or rating applicable to any hard hat or safety helmet.

Users should inspect both their hard hat and The Designer Liner before each use and discontinue use immediately if any damage, improper fit, interference, wear, or safety concern is identified.

The Designer Liner is designed as a removable accessory only. Any modification to a hard hat should be assessed in accordance with the hard hat manufacturer's instructions and workplace requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxe Workwear accepts no liability for misuse, incorrect installation, modification of safety equipment, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or use contrary to workplace safety requirements.
